Shipping & Pickup Policy
Thank you for shopping with Luxury Beauty Supply. We currently ship within the United States and offer local pickup from our Chattanooga store.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order and destination.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
We offer free shipping on orders over $49.99. For orders under $49.99, customers may choose from available flat-rate shipping options at checkout. Standard flat-rate shipping is $5, and faster flat-rate shipping is $10.
Handling time is 1 to 2 business days. Transit delivery time takes 3 to 5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other carrier delays.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer with replacement options or issue a refund.

Pickup orders are usually ready within 2 hours during business hours. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before coming to the store.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Luxury Beauty Supply is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered by the customer.
