Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges and returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders, or within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange for health and safety reasons:

  • Wigs
  • Ponytails
  • Jewelry
  • Opened or used hair care products
  • Personal care items
  • Final sale or clearance items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from an online order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@luxurybtyonline.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Damage claims made after this time may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
